It's been 1 week and so today was my first did-I-lose-any-weight weigh-in. And I did. 2.8 pounds, which is the equivalent of 2 Scrabble game sets*:
*A nod to Laughing at the Pieces for the "my weight loss in images" idea, which I have freely stolen.

mcjI hope Weigh Watchers makes Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Chianti, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Champagne, Prosecco and for your hubby Dirty Martinis.
I know several people in this particular cult who have had tons of success (or negative tons, I guess.) Good luck!
I, however, have joined a different cult: the Girl Scout mother. Which means I have cookies for sale. So I'll keep my cult safely away from your cult, so no one gets hurt.
