My friend SharonGR has posited that Palin was chosen because the GOP think that former Hillary supporters vote based on "the vagina content of their candidates."
When I told another, non-blogging* friend this, she said she was more concerned about "the Viagra vote."
So, dear readers, which is it: Vaginas or Viagra?

I think it is the Religious right vote.
I can't believe even the dumbest republicans can think that people that would vote for Hillary are going to vote for her.
Remember the big stink everyone in the christian right was making when he was talking to Ridge and the "traitor".
That, I believe is the reason for Sarah Palin.
Is it me or are we missing a golden opportunity to talk about the failure of abstinence only programs. Her daughter can be the poster child for why it don't work.

I do believe they think they can court some of the women who wanted Hillary with this pick. I also think it helps with conervatives too.
I also believe this is a good move by them poltically.
As far as the pregnant teenage daughter... well if you tell people how you think they should live their lives eventually you will have the opportunity to stick your foot in your mouth. No matter what the subject is eventually we all falter.

This woman scares the hell out of me. Ultra-conservative with absolutely no experience, she'll be president someday.
And yes, I'm afraid that she probably will be president. McCain is ahead (can you f*cking believe that?) and his health isn't good.
